2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available under specific conditions:

A refund request must be made during the concept or draft stage, before final design approval.

Once final files (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, etc.) have been delivered, refunds are not eligible.

Refunds apply only to design services, not to add-ons or third-party costs (fonts, templates, mockups, etc.).
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:

The client cancels the project before design work begins.

SnelleBrand is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen internal issues.

The client is unsatisfied with all initial concepts, and no final design has been approved.
Each situation will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

You have approved the final design or received the final files.

The delay or dissatisfaction is caused by lack of response or unclear communication from the client.

You change your mind after the design process has started.

The service purchased was a custom package, urgent delivery, or discounted promotional offer.
5. Revisions and Satisfaction
Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
If you are not happy with your design, SnelleBrand offers revisions (according to your selected package) until your project meets your expectations.
We encourage you to share detailed feedback so our designers can make the right improvements before final approval.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Our team will review your project status and respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — processing times vary.

8. Project Cancellation by SnelleBrand
In rare cases, SnelleBrand reserves the right to cancel a project due to violation of our Terms of Service or inappropriate client behavior.
