  • Additional revisions beyond the package may incur an extra charge.

  • Final design files will be delivered digitally (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, or EPS).

6. Ownership and Copyright

  • Upon full payment, you receive 100% ownership and commercial rights to the final approved design(s).

  • SnelleBrand retains the right to display the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Any unapproved design drafts or unused concepts remain the property of SnelleBrand.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only during the concept stage before final approval.

  • Once final files are delivered, refunds are not available.

  • If you are unsatisfied, we’ll make every effort to revise or adjust your design before processing any refund.
